The Pender Bowl / VG $16.95

Basmati rice, shredded carrots, julienned beets, sauteed mushrooms, roasted yams, siracha glazed almonds, seasonal greens and green onion. Finished with our house made umami sauce.

Your choice of protein ~ crispy fried tofu, poached prawns, wild pacific salmon, grilled chicken or medium poached egg.

 

Brussel Sprout and Bacon Salad / GF $16.95

Shredded brussel sprouts, warm crisp applewood bacon, roasted yams, heritage greens, red onion, goats feta, banana peppers, tossed in dill dijon vinaigrette and finished with a balsamic drizzle.

 

The Duck Salad / GF $16.95

Baby arugula, red onions, grilled pears, siracha almonds and gorgonzola cheese tossed in a dill dijon vinaigrette. Topped with seared duck.

 

A Garden Salad / VG, GF $10.95

Tender greens with carrots, beets, roasted yams, cucumber, tomato and served with your choice of dressing on the side. Add grilled chicken, salmon, prawns, crispy fried tofu $6.00
