THE PASSION FOR FOOD
I started flipping "Bingo Burgers" at a community bingo hall in Sidney in 1986.
I started pouring beers at a tiny neighbourhood pub called "The Brig" in Brentwood Bay B.C. in 1990. I knew I loved hospitality and one day I wanted to have my own place to look after my friends, local community and serve all the things I knew they loved at a fair price.
The dream I had when I was twenty is now a reality. I love this business, I love this community and I love the idea of the wonderful times that lie ahead. All I can say is ... Welcom to Jo's Pender. We are going to feed you well.
